Return Shipping Policy

For customer-requested returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. If a refund is approved, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Mirllo only covers return shipping expenses when the issue is caused by us, including:

• Damaged products

• Incorrect items received

• Defective products requiring replacement

Customers may request returns within 30 days of receiving their order according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Overseas Fulfillment
